How much is shipping, and how long does it take? Free-shipping eligibility and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Normal processing is approximately 1–2 business days; estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return an item I no longer want? Yes. Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted. For a change of mind, personal preference or wrong selection, request a mail return within 30 days of delivery. Only new, unused goods in original condition with packaging, tags and accessories qualify. Obtain authorization first. The parcel includes a free return label, and there is no restocking fee; exchanges depend on stock.

What if something is damaged, defective, wrong or missing? Send your order number, checkout email, explanation and photos or video of the item and packaging. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
