Shipping Policy

Orders placed with our store are intended for eligible delivery addresses in the United States. Available destinations, restrictions and any free-shipping eligibility are determined at checkout. Some addresses, products or carrier services may not be supported.

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for normal order processing. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–5 business days. These are separate estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can extend them.

Please enter a correct street address, email and telephone number before ordering. Tracking is provided when available and may take time to show a carrier scan. For delayed or apparently lost parcels, contact us with the order number, checkout email and tracking number. If tracking says delivered, check nearby delivery areas and household members, then ask us to investigate. Keep the parcel and packaging and send photographs for damage or missing contents.
