Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective goods. A change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong item can qualify. Start your request within 30 days after delivery. Return eligibility is limited to new, unused goods in original condition, with the original packaging, tags and included accessories.

Email your order number, checkout email and the reason for your request. Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing parts or a material difference from the description may also be reported; provide photos or video of the item and packaging for damage, defects, wrong items or missing contents. Do not mail anything back until we authorize the return.

Returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged. We will explain how to use the label after authorization. Exchanges depend on available stock. Once a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days; the bank may take additional time to display the credit.
